万能材料试验机的检定方法，其特征在于，首先根据被检区间拉力试验机的力值，选择标准拉力试样，标准拉力试样的力值为该区间满量程力值的60%～90%之间选择，将标准拉力试样装夹在拉力试验机上，按GB/T228-2002标准规定的速度让拉力试验机对标准拉力试样进行拉伸，当拉力试验机的指针稍有摆动时立刻停止拉伸，即标准拉力试样处于拉伸状态，此时在标准拉力试样上装上引伸计或贴上应变片，按GB/T228-2002标准规定的速度让拉力试验机继续对标准拉力试样进行拉伸，引伸计或应变片将标准拉力试样的伸长量显示出来，根据胡克定律，将伸长量换算为拉力值，再与拉力试验机度盘上与标准拉力试样相同的力值点进行对比，根据比对值的差来确定试验机技术状态及精度 ......
