1. 您认为越来越多人开始选择读DBA的原因是什么？

What reason do you think a growing number of people start to pursue a DBA program.

陈峻松：读DBA并非“刚需”，很多企业家对DBA有兴趣，是因为学习的过程帮助树立了管理科学观和方法论，并且能够将自己的行业洞察，变成结构化可以传播的知识，从而影响行业和社会。

龚业明：很多高级经理或企业主需要对经验知识有一个理论化的梳理，来进一步增强自己的素质， 或提高自己管理的企业的竞争力。

陆定光：近十几二十年来，科技的发展使得整个工商行业发生了很大变化，这些变化对我们的管理行为、分析工具、管理技巧、看问题的角度等等都提出了新的要求。使得很多管理人意识到对新知识的需求，以应对改变。

Margherita Pagani：An advanced degree will open doors for a leadership career in business. A DBA degree is an excellent way to fuel that growth. This education not only identifies the candidate as an expert in his/her field, but results in a tangible set of management and decision-making skills that may qualify the candidate for senior-level leadership positions and new career opportunities.

2. 您认为什么样的学生比较适合读法国里昂商学院Global DBA？

What kind of students do you think are the most suitable for emlyon Global DBA program?

陈峻松：我们培养的目标是学者型商业领袖，我们希望的学员是：敏于思考、善于发问、严谨求实、承担社会责任。

龚业明：有较多的职业经验并且愿意学习，愿意接受一个国际化的环境。相信科学，对严肃的科学研究方法能尊敬，有较强的科学探索精神。

陆定光：首先，他需要具有国际视野；其次，他必须是企业高层、业界领导或者希望培养自己成为业界领导的中高层人士。当然，如果希望分享和传授自己的管理知识和经验的高管，会在这里收获更多。

Margherita Pagani：The DBA Program is an extended graduate study beyond a master’s degree for those who wish to pursue careers in corporations, consulting firms, or government agencies that can benefit from advanced research skills in analyzing business problems.

3. 教授里昂Global DBA多年，你认为怎样的学员成长最快？

What type of student do you thinks growing fast during the years you teach in emlyon Global DBA.

陈峻松：学术有别于商业，心态开放的学员，往往能够很快从固有思维模式中跳出来，并快速的去感悟和理解新的领域里的工作范式。

龚业明：Global DBA学员大多有丰富的职业和商业经验，这往往不是一个障碍。如果学员有开放的学术视野和强烈的学术兴趣，会成长得比较快。

陆定光：很明确自己的企业在哪一方面需要怎样的帮助，或对于自己的职业道路需要往哪里发展，对自己要学习什么知识非常明确的学生。

Margherita Pagani：I strongly believe that the students growing fast are those open to accept the change, motivated and with passion. The early maker spirit which characterizes emlyon is a critical aspect that each student has to achieve.

4. 在里昂Global DBA项目学习语言会是严肃学术研究的门槛么？

Would language be a barrier when doing academic research in emlyon Global DBA?

陈峻松：在19年的项目中，授课将采取中英文双语的方式，论文写作可以是中文或者英文。如果学员英语好的话，当然可以读更多英文的文献。

龚业明：如果掌握外语，对文献阅读和理论学习都有很多帮助。

陆定光：对英文不通的人来说是会有一些影响，因为现在大多前沿管理理论都来自西方。但是从19年开始，授课就会是中英双语方式，会大大提升知识的吸收。

Margherita Pagani：The courses are in both Chinese & English. I don’t see the language as a barrier but it is important that the candidate has a good level of English being one of the members of the academia in the future.
