弗朗索瓦1999年毕业于里昂商学院,之后加入了亚创集团 (Altran) 致力于建立集团在美国的分公司。他在美国度过了18个月的时间。

François graduated from emlyon business school in 1999. He joined the Altran group to create its subsidiary in the United States. He spent 18 months there.

回到法国后,他加入了一家战略咨询公司W-MI:这是一家从波士顿咨询分离出来的致力于发展战略咨询的企业。弗朗索瓦在此期间曾协同许多大企业创造了新的业务。同时,他也和他的兄弟一起构思并建立了“厨神坊”,并和他的太太建立了“Danaïade”——一家通过舞蹈来进行交流的工作室。

On his return, he joined the strategy consulting firm W-MI: a spin-off from BCG which develops strategy consulting with entrepreneurial consultants, to support large groups in their creation of new businesses. At the same time, he worked with his brother on the creation of the concept of L'atelier des Chefs, and launches Danaïade with his wife, a company of communication through dance.

It was in 2004 that he created L'atelier des Chefs, the new generation of cooking classes, and developed the European leader in cooking classes for amateurs, with a network of workshops in France and abroad, and a cooking recipe site, which has become the 4th cooking site in terms of audience. With this web know-how, he developed the first digital training courses in the kitchen profession in 2015, following a meeting with Michel Landel, boss of Sodexo, during an emlyon event.

There is a real shortage of labor in all craft trades, so there is a strong training potential. L'Atelier des Chefs has therefore set itself the goal of becoming one of the leaders in digital training for manual and human trades, well beyond training for food trades.

在2022年,“大师工作室“培训了超过6000名从事甜品、糕点烹饪的学生,同样也提供了学前教育、美容、管道修理、电路修理以及营养学的培训。“大师工作室”如今拥有10个培训中心,同时也提供法国的“职业资格证”、“职称”、以及“技工”的培训。2022年7月,“大师工作室”得到了一笔700万欧元的筹款 (融资),用于加快集团的发展,并计划在接下来的3年内增加200名雇员。

In 2022, L'atelier des Chefs has trained more than 6,000 people in the kitchen, pastry and bakery professions, but also in early childhood, aesthetics, plumbing, electricity or of dietetics. L'Atelier des Chefs provides training in 10 professions and the CAP, Professional Title or BTS diplomas. In July 2022, a fundraising of €7m was carried out to accelerate growth, and recruit more than 200 people over the next 36 months.
